An Incomplete list of Wildlife we have seen in the Ottawa Valley

Several times in the past I have been interested in finding out whether the insects that we had in our area were typical of a wider-ranging area and I was able to find some information by searching the internet.

I thought it may be interesting for others to know what sort of wildlife is actually seen in this area. The following is an incomplete list but covers most of what we can remember seeing in the past few years. I also hope to have a few more photos of the larger animal wildlife in the future. For those that I don't have my own photos for, I have linked to an appropriate Wikipedia page, if available. The listing below will be updated as we run into or remember more of the animals that we have encountered or photographed in the Ottawa Valley. Thanks for visiting.
